A true high performance door closer, this closer assists doorsets in achieving Document M and BS 8300.

Suitable for doors up to 1250mm wide/110kg weight loading
Temperature stable hydraulic oil means usage suitable in temperatures ranging -30ºC to +60ºC
UKAS approved fire tested for 30, 60 and 120 minute timber doorsets (and 240 minutes on metal)
Universal application - can be mounted on either side of the door
