We stock a variety of hinge packers, designed for use with 102mm hinges.

Intumescent pads are fixed underneath a fire door hinge, expanding during a fire to help prevent it from spreading to other rooms. These should be used under both leaves of a fire door hinge. A common mistake is to assume that a single pad under each leaf is suitable for both FD30 and FD60 fire doors, but this is dependent on the thickness of the pad, and we strongly recommend you bed both hinge leafs on the intumescent liners to fully comply with BS EN1634 test requirements.

Available in a variety of thicknesses, with square or radius corners.
