The traditional locking Brighton Pattern sash window fastener. To operate, pull the sprung toggle down and screw the knob into the keep; to unlock simply unscrew the knob and the arm will flip up into the vertical position allowing room for the sash window to open. The additional screw knob allows the fastener to be locked.
