A surface mounted dropdown door seal which automatically seals the gap between the door and the floor when the door is closed.

Designed to help exclude air drafts, dust infiltrations, insects and smoke and to reduce noise transition.

The seal is surface mounted to the door with an aluminium clip on cover.

- 30 and 60 minute fire tested to BS 476: part 22
- Smoke tested to BS EN 1634-3: 2001
- Accoustic tested up to 43Db to BS EN ISO 10140-2: 2010
- Maximum drop of 14mm

The seal can be cut down up to 150mm on the opposite side of the plunger.
